Question 1

What are AFL disposals predictions?

Accepted Answer

An estimate of how many disposals a player records in a match. We combine recent form (L5/L10), Defense vs Position (DVP), and book over/under lines so you can compare our projection with the market.

Question 2

How do AFL disposals betting lines work?

Accepted Answer

Books set an over/under (e.g. 24.5 disposals). Over means more than that total; Under means fewer. Milestone markets (20+, 25+, 30+) are also common. We show the line, odds, our projection, and edge vs the book.

Question 3

How does the opponent matchup change a disposals line?

Accepted Answer

Each row shows how many disposals the opponent concedes to that player’s role. An Easy matchup means that opponent usually allows more disposals to the role — useful next to recent form. The full table by club and position is on AFL DVP.

Question 4

What factors affect AFL disposals?

Accepted Answer

Role and time on ground, opponent concession by position (DVP), game script and margin, taggers, weather, and recent L5/L10 averages. Many of these show in the disposals table and player pages.

Question 5

How often is this page updated?

Accepted Answer

Lines, odds, and projections refresh through the week as books post markets and teams confirm lineups. Check back on game day for the latest edges and matchups.

Question 6

How do I find the best AFL disposals picks today?

Accepted Answer

Open disposals predictions, filter by minimum Edge, then compare L5 form and DVP on each row. Use the player directory or today’s disposals table for more context.
