Sam Wicks has been named in Sydney's lineup for their clash with Gold Coast on Sunday. Wicks had been absent from the team due to a personal dispute but has now returned and will debut for the Swans in 2024. Caleb Mitchell makes way for Wicks in the 22.

Gold Coast has made just one change to their squad, with Jake Rogers coming into the side. Rogers, who was recruited from the Suns Academy, will be the club's fourth 2023 first-round draft pick to make his debut this year. Malcolm Rosas Jr. misses out due to a hamstring injury.
