Alicia Eva's journey as a coach began with a meeting that resembled a job interview. The Greater Western Sydney Giants (GWS) sought to persuade her not only to join their AFLW program but also to explore her potential as a coach.
Coaching Credentials and Ambitions
With a Level 1 Coaching license since 2018, Eva has held numerous coaching positions across the country, including assistant coach roles in AFL NSW/ACT and the AFL's Academy team. Her standout resume extends beyond football, as she has also completed a masters in psychology and is a provisionally registered psychologist.
